True Friends Charitable Trust
Dr. P. Kumar began his journey of social service after leaving his government job in his home district in 2013. With limited resources but a strong desire to serve humanity, he stepped forward with faith, compassion, and a commitment to help those in need.
He was deeply inspired by the story of the Good Samaritan, which taught him that kindness and compassion should go beyond boundaries. This inspiration became the foundation of his desire to serve people of all ages, genders, communities, and backgrounds, without discrimination.
His belief is simple: meaningful change begins when we see the needs of others, respond with compassion, and take practical action to help.

“My heart’s desire is to see a society where no person feels forgotten, helpless, or alone. Just as the Good Samaritan stopped to care for someone in need, I believe we too are called to notice the pain around us and respond with compassion.
True Friends Charitable Trust was established with the desire to turn compassion into action—through education, support, encouragement, relief, and opportunities for a better life. We may not be able to solve every problem, but together we can make a meaningful difference in someone’s life.
